In cooperation with our subsidiaries, we conduct Business Plan, Project Development, Technical Support,Independent Audit, Employment, Technology, Investment and Operations processes according to predefined strategies and actions in order to realize projects and prioritize corporate governance in every action. Overall aim not only includes profitable returns but also meeting up to date and sectoral conditions to contribute the country in a scientific and sustainable manner.

Position
The only multi-national investment company in TRNC that undertakes investments according to international standards and scientific facts. EMIC; aims to provide its best for sustainable development through developing and undertaking investments for contributing the development of the private sector in particular - but not limited to- in TRNC. In this scope, EMIC has studied around 30 investment opportunities in the past years and channaled funds to private sector in 6 different projects.
How We Add Value
1- Screening
After our preliminary screening, we discuss client’s growth plan, competitive advantages and market opportunities; the amount of financing needed and how it will be used.
2- Due Diligence
We agree on due diligence procedures and other contractual conditions, as well as on financing and exit plans.
3- Value creation
We help with the company’s management on implementing the growth plan and sharpening the strategic focus, recruitment of key personnel and planning of any follow-on investment.
4- Discussions and evaluation
As a minority investor our holding can be a maximum 33%. We want to ensure the company’s management team can successfully steer the company to the jointly agreed objective.
5- Preparation of investment
Once we make decision on investing in the company, we sign the agreements relating to the investment and we jointly agree how information about the investment will be disclosed.
6- Exiting
As a private equity or venture capital investor, we are a temporary owner. We exit investments together with other owners within the targeted schedule.
We seek to invest in well positioned companies with strategic improvement potential and partner with management teams to create value by driving revenue and earnings growth capital for both sides.
